At iMedicalSupply.com, our #1 priority is customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

In order to process your return, please follow these 5 steps:

  1. Fill out our Returns Form.
  2. Once we receive your returns form, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and include the return shipping address.
  3. Place your item(s) in its original packaging and clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your package to the address provided using UPS, FedEx or USPS. See ups.com, fedex.com or usps.com for the location nearest you.
  5. Keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking information for protection in case your package is lost in transit.

When making a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your item(s) must be in new, re-sellable condition. All safety seals must be intact.
  • Your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Your Return Authorization Number is written clearly on the outside of your package. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
  • Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
  • Most refunds are issued within 10-15 business days.

Exchanges and Claims:

  • We do not offer exchanges. You may return your unwanted items and place a new order.
  • Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt. If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
